About Me:

Hey, I’m Angelica. I’m a mom, a Des Moines native, and now happily living in beautiful Sedona, Arizona.

I first came to Sedona on a trip for myself, and something about this place just felt different. I felt it in my soul that I was meant to be here, and somehow, Sedona became home.

I’ve always been curious about people, the mind, and why we often find ourselves repeating the same patterns even when we want something different. I’ve been to talk therapy many times, and while I’ve always found value in it, I also knew there had to be other ways of understanding ourselves and creating change. That curiosity led me down a path of research, learning, and eventually becoming certified in NLP, hypnotherapy, and breathwork.

Being a mom has also taught me patience and a depth of love I don’t think I could have understood before. Life has taught me that growth isn’t always about fixing something that’s wrong with us. Sometimes it’s about understanding ourselves more deeply and finding a different way forward.

My approach is warm, practical, and very real. Clients often tell me they feel comfortable with me right away and that they feel safe opening up. That means a lot to me because I want you to feel like you can show up exactly as you are.

When I’m not doing this work, you’ll probably find me hiking, practicing yoga, drinking tea, painting, or loving on pretty much any animal I can find. I can paint with both hands, which sounds much more impressive than it actually is. I’ve also been playing guitar since I was 18, and after all these years, I still only know about two songs.

At the heart of everything I do, I simply love helping people understand themselves, feel more connected, and realize they have more choice than they may think.
